Mass Training Begins for Imminent Coyote Uprising

By Richard Rushfield

“It’s important to use a variety of techniques and a variety of people. If it’s just animal control officers who are wearing certain uniforms doing the hazing, coyotes will learn to avoid those people and not your average citizen,” Dasher said.’ Also, if everyone is using the same hazing technique, then coyotes will probably learn that, too. So it has to be a varied communitywide effort.’”

Animal rights groups in the South Bay claim they are just trying to teach people to live with the coyotes among us, according to a Press Telegram report.  We’ve seen enough movies, however, to know when citizens are being taught to defend themselves from wild beasts with umbrellas and kitchen utensils, something is coming and that something ain’t no good.
For the local wild animal advocacy groups, riding high from their success reintroducing typhus to the region via our protected massive feral cat population, the chance to acclimate LA’s human population to our incoming Coyote rulers takes us one step closer to realization of the master plan.

There is a great Walt Disney short film about coyotes that live in urban Los Angeles. You might see if you can get a link to it.
